The year 2020 changed my life as well as those of many people in the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Personally, when I acquired the disease, I lived complex times that started with the initial signs and symptoms of this pathology and that nowadays affect my quality of life. It is especially important for me to share this chronicle of my life to share my story and the strategies that allowed me to move on.
